What is crossfit?

CrossFit is an exercise regimen that is the perfect blend of group fitness and personal training designed for all ages and backgrounds. CrossFit is made for EVERYONE from high schoolers to 60+. CrossFit is tailored to your ability level from zero fitness background to college athletes. The workouts vary by degree not kind. Our expert coaches will lead small groups through a variety of functional movements and exercises that are created to help you get toned, build muscle and become all around more fit. Workouts are unique and engaging to keep you from getting bored and to keep you away from those pesky plateaus.
