New Member Foundations
New to CrossFit? No big deal!
Every member that starts at Kaiser CF begins with 5 personal training sessions with the coaching staff. We do this not so that you are experts going into regular class we just want you to be comfortable in the gym and understand what the workout of the day is. This also gives our coaches a chance to meet you and appraise your abilities so they know how to best guide your fitness journey. We will talk about movements, stretching, nutrition, class flow, as well as a whole lot of non sense :)
