Workout of the Day (WOD)
Everyday a new workout is posted that is designed by our expert coaching staff. These workouts combine elements from gymnastics, weightlifting, cardiovascular conditioning and sports training to push your body to the limit everyday. This keeps training both fun and intense so that you see maximum progress. The first WOD is free to try so come on out for your first workout! Just click on which class you want to attend on the calendar below.
We all have different needs and goals. All of our members have access to open gym so you can put in that little bit extra for that first pull up, push up, or maybe you just want to hits some curls because it's been a while :) Whatever your reason the gym is open for you.
Free Drop In Saturdays
Every Saturday morning we open our doors to the CrossFit community for a free class. Whether you are from out of town or just happen to be on our side of town swing by for a fun WOD with fellow CrossFitters. All you have to do is click on the class and enroll online to fill out the waiver and you are all set to WOD at Kaiser CF.
