Kaiser CF offers more than just group CrossFit classes! Thanks to the diverse specialties of our awesome coaches we offer a large breadth of services that cover any and all fitness goals. We can mix and match any of these different services into a cohesive and optimally designed system for you.


Group Classes

All of our group fitness classes are ran by our CF-L1 coaches who are experts in movement patterns, and coaching techniques. These classes are open to all ability levels ranging from 90 year old grandmas, to professional athletes. Each class is 75min and runs the group through a warm up, a skill or strength portion, the Workout of the Day (WOD), sometimes an accessory piece, and always a cool down and stretching period. We make sure you are getting everything out of your time at the gym.

Nervous about starting? Don't Be!

We know that most people don't have an athletic background, but we don't believe that's an excuse to not train like one! Each new member that joins starts with 5 guided personal training sessions with our coaches to bring you up to speed on common CrossFit movements.

Personal Training

While group classes is the backbone of Kaiser CrossFit there are plenty of athletes who either want advanced training for specific skills or their goals lay outside general fitness. Either way hand on 1 on 1 time with our coaches is a great way to speed up your training progress.

These sessions are typically 30mins and are based entirely around a specific skill or movement. This is a great option for athletes who want more efficient Muscle Ups or need help tuning their Clean and Jerk. These sessions are a la carte and usually are requested by group class members


Goal Specific Training program

This is your more traditional personal training program. Our coaching staff will write a specific training program designed around your goals and timeline. You and your coach will train 2-3+ times a week in order to accelerate your progress. This is perfect for athletes who have very specific and timely goals; do a Olympic lifting meet, or get ready for a spartan race, etc.

I understand that unanticipated events happen and things come up. For me to be effective and fair to all clients and their schedules the following policies will be put into place


  • Cancellations and rescheduling must be made at least 4 hours prior to appointment (preferably 24 hours if possible)

  • A late arrival will require that I end the session at the scheduled time, meaning unfortunately your session will be shorter.

  • The 2nd no call or no show will be charged $25 - anytime after that there will be a charge for the full price of the massage missed and future service will be denied until payment is made.

Hey everyone! Here at Kaiser Crossfit my purpose is to work with athletes to help improve muscular health.  I am here to assist individuals with relaxing sore muscles, improving circulation, range of motion, along with many other benefits.

I received my license here in Charlotte by completing a 600 Hour Professional Certification program that covers the theory, techniques, and application of therapeutic massage. This covers Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Introduction to Sports Massage and Movement Therapy, Integrative Manipulation Techniques and Nutrition, to name a few of the courses.

Swedish Massage

Swedish massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and create other health benefits. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation.

Deep Tissue

Deep tissue massage is aimed at the deeper tissue structures of the muscle and connective tissue. It is a more focused pressure in areas with pain or limited range of motion.

Sports Massage - COMING SOON!

Sports Massage is a form of massage that utilizes specific strokes and stretches to help obtain maximum performance and physical conditioning with less chance of injury or pain.

Nutrition Coaching

Nutrition is the base of all fitness and wellness. Regardless if your goals are to gain muscle mass, lose weight, or just be as healthy as possible proper nutritional protocols are the cornerstone of your efforts.

Due to the importance of this topic every member of our gym has free reign to ask our coaches anything about nutrition. We freely encourage and support all members in their nutritional journey by offering regular challenges, recipes, articles, and seminars all included in their basic membership

Advanced Nutrition Coaching

While we try to support every athlete on their path we know that getting for your goals can be physically and emotionally difficult. Often times it is helpful for athletes to have a dedicated nutrition coach to set goals in accordance to athletes goals, create a plan of action, and review food logs with weekly or bi weekly meetings. This creates a much stronger accountability network which yields amazing results.

Individualized programming

Anyone is free to follow Kaiser CF box programming at no charge. Daily we post our WOD on our website here and every Sunday we release the WOD's for the week on instagram @kaisercrossfit. Our general programming is great for anyone who just wants a stronger, healthier, and more functional life however if you are trying to compete in CrossFit, get ready for a weightlifting meet or anything specific like this there are pieces missing. These pieces are sport specific or at least result specific elements that can boost your performance to the next level. Programing options are open to all athletes who local to Charlotte or remote.

Auxiliary Program

This option is for those who already follow KCF program and wish to add extra volume in order to reach a certain goal. Very often this is extra weightlifting progressions, dedicated gymnastics work, and accessory work


Full stack program

This option is for athlete who train on their own and need an entire program including warm ups, skill, strength, GPP, accessory, and any other necessary elements. Perfect for athletes in big box gyms that want a more functional program to follow



Combo Packages

We clearly have a lot to offer here at Kaiser CF and each athlete has different sets of needs. Some of these services can be packaged up with your membership for simplicity and savings. If you know you will get a massage every month why not just have a membership that includes 1 a month and save a few bucks each time! Option is great for athletes who want to have all of the skills in their tool belt to Rx every workout that comes down the pipes. They want their clean and jerk to look smooth, and be able to do higher skill gymnastics but don't necessary care about overall work capacity.

Work hard play hard. You bust your butt in the gym, let our in house massage therapist break up all of that sore tissue and leave you feeling refreshed
